The peep toe ankle boot is for all you cali ladies. It is completely adorable, paired best with skinnies or a lil' black dress. But seriously, for my fellow East coasters, they just seem pretty fucking silly. I mean, I am working hard enough to keep warm here I don't need holes in my shoes!
