This is a saturday afternoon lunch of sweet raw corn and cherry tomatoes arugula salad. Ceranno chili asiago cheese polenta cakes. Sauteed brussel sprouts with garlic and olive oil and scallops sauteed with butter and black truffle salt. Absolutely blissful lunch with the roomie, so much fun to both make and eat.
